1. What are BIGTREE points?
a) BIGTREEPoints are rewards for customers who place orders with us.b) Regular customers will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, or any other fees.
c) BIGTREEPlus+ members will earn 1 point per dollar on our website, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other fees.
d) Eligible purchases refer to regular items bought from BIGTREE. Special items (Clearance, Drop Price, Super Early Bird, APP Price, Limited, Plus Exclusive) do not earn points and cannot be purchased with points.
e) Points will be credited to your account once you confirm the delivery of your order. You can use them as cash or a discount to pay for your order, allowing you to save money. 100 points = $1.00.
2. How to use BIGTREE points?
With BIGTREE Points in your account, you can use them on the checkout page for instant savings or enhance your points' value by redeeming them for various offers on the BIGTREE APP. See the "Redeeming is Easy" section for details.
3. How to earn BIGTREE points?
Points are awarded for placing orders but do not include special items (Clearance, Drop Price, Super Early Bird, APP Price, Limited, Plus Exclusive). Additionally, BIGTREE provides opportunities to earn more points for free, such as providing a review of a purchased product, checking in on our APP, playing games on our APP, or becoming a PLUS+ member for a free and surprise birthday gift... 4. Rules for using points
a) 100 Points = $1
b) Each order is available to use up to 3000 points ($30) to cover the amount of money you pay.
c) Your points can redeem special items (list price of items includes the USD payment portion & reward points payment portion) on the BIGTREE However, our standard Return Policy does not apply to these products. BIGTREEwill agree to return and refund only if there are quality issues with the item.
d) Your points can redeem free items on the BIGTREE APP (list price of items excludes the USD payment portion). Please note that each ID can only be redeemed once per month.
e) The points policy is unavailable for authorized dropshippers, business partners, or large order group members. As of April 1, 2023, the points in these users' accounts will be reset.
f) Special items (Clearance, Drop Price, Super Early Bird, APP Price, Limited, Plus Exclusive) cannot be purchased with coupons or points.
g) All points earned before January 1st of the previous year will be cleared on January 1st each year.
