Put this together and sat down for the swing to slam into the back bar so you can't even swing in this

Box was missing 2 primary pieces. Called customer service, barely understood agent, was sent replacement parts but they arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Emailed company but never received response. Can't even use swing.
